Wolfpack Adventure Run - Warwoman & Pinnacle

Our first mountain adventure is an 8 mile introductory route with moderate climbs. We will do plenty of hiking mixed in with easy running. Runners are encouraged to bring a water bottle or hydration pack, as well as a snack or two! A lot of runners prefer gels or other prepackaged easy to digest snacks.

The route will take roughly 3 hours total which includes stopping for pictures, easing up the climbs, and enjoying the scenery.

Families are welcome to attend and can follow the same route the runners will take, but will turn around at the waterfall 2 miles into the route, creating a shorter but still scenic adventure.

Afterwards, we will hang nearby in the town of Clayton where runners will have the opportunity to grab lunch and shop before heading home.

Parking lot is a sharp right turn if coming from Clayton. Park in the first lot to your left once on the gravel road.

Timeline:

WE WILL BEGIN THE ROUTE AT 9AM

Be sure you leave enough time to park, stretch, etc.

Plan to be done by 2pm and heading home!

BRING:

-Water, electrolytes, snack to carry

-a towel for after

-if you want to swim in the waterfall midway, you may want to have a change of clothes in the car packed for after

-cash for food, snacks, souvenirs in Clayton if you’d like to stop there after
